Cancellation

Cancellations received more than 60 days before the tour’s start date will be subject to a Rs. 5,000/- cancellation fee per person. Cancellations received less than 45 days before departure will result in a 25% tour cost forfeit. 45-30 days – 50% tour cost; 30-20 days – 75% tour cost; Within 20 days, 100% tour cost. There will be no exceptions to this policy for any reason.
