The Bali Pass Trek is an exhilarating and demanding high-altitude trekking experience nestled in the breathtaking Garhwal region of Uttarakhand, India. Reaching an impressive altitude of 16,207 feet (4,940 meters), the Bali Pass offers trekkers panoramic views of majestic peaks such as Swargarohini, Bandarpoonch, Kala Nag, and Dhumdhar Kandi. The trek commences in Sankri, where adventurers embark on a scenic drive to the starting point. Trekkers navigate through thick forests, alpine meadows, and challenging terrains for several days. Quick Itinerary

• DAY 1: Drive for 6–7 Hrs from Dehradun – Sankri
• DAY 2: Drive from Sankri – Taluka by road for 12km & then trek from Taluka – Seema (12 km)
• DAY 3: After breakfast, the  trek starts from Seema to Rainbasira Waterfall (8km)
• DAY 4: After breakfast, the trek starts from the Rainbasira waterfall to Thange camp via Ruinsara Lake (10km)
• DAY 5: Thang camp acclimatization day
• DAY 6: Trek from Thang camp to Bali Pass summit camp (6km)
• DAY 7: After breakfast, Trek from summit camp to Damini camp (11 km)
• DAY 8: After breakfast, Damini to Jankichatti to Dehradun by taxi

Detailed Itinerary

Inclusions

• By Bolero/Traveller bus, from Dehradun to Taluka and Janaki Chatti to Dehradun and return.
• Included is transportation from Sankri to Damini Camp. Camping tents at the campgrounds and a guest house or permanent camp at Sankri are available for triple-sharing.
• Everything is included, including breakfast at Damini Camp on the last day and afternoon snacks at Sankri on the arrival day. Every day during the trek, we serve basic, wholesome cuisine. Note: Depending on availability, the variety of meals may vary.
• Included are fees for forest permits.

Exclusions

• Meals consumed on the way from Janki Chatti to Dehradun and from Dehradun to Sankri are not included.
• A maximum weight of 10 kg per backpack is permitted, and there is an additional unloading fee of Rs 4,000/- per bag for the duration of the hike. Note: Duffel bags, suitcases, and trolleys are not permitted. Offloading during the hike requires planning.
• The plan makes no mention of transportation or lodging in Dehradun.
