Inclusions

• Royal Enfield Himalayan with helmets for rider and pillion.
• Accommodation on Triple Sharing Basis, for couples – twin sharing, from Day 1 to Day 9.
• Daily Breakfast (From Day 2 to Day 9).
• Daily Dinner (From Day 1 to Day 8).
• Backup vehicle/luggage van for 01 rucksack bag per person (Trolley bags not allowed).
• Mechanical Support.
• Riding gear – elbow guard and knee guard for the entire trip.
• Group Leader on the bike for at least 8 bikes in a group.
• All Inner Line Permits/Green Tribunal permits.
• Motorbike Fuel for the complete trip as per the itinerary with a rented bike.
• Wildlife Fee and Environmental Fee.
• Oxygen Cylinder with general First Aid.
• Transport in a MUV like a Tempo Traveller/Innova/Xylo/Scorpio/Back-up Van/Similar from Day 01 to Day 08, as per the group size.
• 1 Bonfire.
• Riding Gears for the rider (Knee pads and elbow guards).

Exclusions

• Personal expenses like Telephone, Laundry, Tips, Table Drinks, etc.
• Any type of insurance – Medical, Accidental, or theft.
• Any Airfare/Rail fare other than what is mentioned in “Inclusions”.
• Airport, Railway station, or Bus stop pick up or drop-off – Cost of any spare part used due to accidental damage incurred when the motorbike is in the rider’s possession.
• Cost incurred to transfer or tow the motorbike in case it is dropped on the way.
• Vehicle servicing or maintenance cost (if own bike).
• Any lunch and other meals not mentioned in the package inclusions.
• Security deposit per motorbike of Rs. 5,000/- (refundable at the end of the trip if there is no damage or spare parts used).
• Parking and monument entry fees during sightseeing.
• Any cost incurred due to extension/change of itinerary due to natural calamities, roadblocks, vehicle breakdown, union issues, and factors beyond our control.
• Anything that is not mentioned in the Inclusion sections.
• 5% GST.
