The Chopta Tungnath Chandrashila trek is among the most picturesque and accessible treks in the Garhwal Himalayas, Uttarakhand. Renowned for its awe-inspiring landscapes, spiritual significance, and diverse terrain, this trek is perfect for both novice and experienced adventurers. Starting from Chopta, often referred to as the “Mini Switzerland of Uttarakhand,” the trail takes you through dense forests of oak, rhododendron, and deodar, offering glimpses of Himalayan wildlife like musk deer and vibrant bird species.
