Embark on an unforgettable journey to the foothills of the world’s highest peak, Mount Everest, with the Everest Base Camp Trek. This iconic trek offers adventurers an unparalleled opportunity to immerse themselves in the breathtaking landscapes of the Himalayas, test their limits, and encounter the unique Sherpa culture while trekking through the heart of the Khumbu region of Nepal.
Trek Highlights
During peak trekking seasons (October-November and March-April), flight routes to Lukla, the gateway to the Everest region, may be temporarily adjusted. Due to increased demand and limited capacity at Tenzing-Hillary Airport in Lukla, your flight may be diverted from Kathmandu’s Tribhuvan International Airport to Manthali Airport in Ramechhap.
Reason for the Change:
This adjustment aims to manage the high volume of trekkers and reduce congestion at Lukla Airport. It helps ensure a more reliable and safe travel experience, especially as weather conditions can impact flights in the Everest region.
