  • Personal Expenses: Any expenses of a personal nature, such as souvenirs, snacks, alcoholic beverages, and extra services not explicitly mentioned in the package.
  • Tips and Gratuities: Tipping your trekking guide, porter, and teahouse staff is customary in Nepal and is not included in the trek package. It’s recommended to budget for this separately.

  • Optional Activities: Any optional activities, side trips, or helicopter tours that you choose to undertake during the trek may come at an additional cost.
  • Additional Meals in Kathmandu: While the trek package includes meals during the trek, any extra meals in Kathmandu before or after the trek are typically not included.

During peak trekking seasons (October-November and March-April), flight routes to Lukla, the gateway to the Everest region, may be temporarily adjusted. Due to increased demand and limited capacity at Tenzing-Hillary Airport in Lukla, your flight may be diverted from Kathmandu’s Tribhuvan International Airport to Manthali Airport in Ramechhap.

Reason for the Change:

This adjustment aims to manage the high volume of trekkers and reduce congestion at Lukla Airport. It helps ensure a more reliable and safe travel experience, especially as weather conditions can impact flights in the Everest region.

What to Expect:

  • If your flight is diverted, you’ll take a scenic bus journey from Ramechhap to Lukla (approximately 5 hours).
  • We will handle all logistical arrangements for this change.
  • Be prepared for potential slight itinerary adjustments due to the additional travel time.
Trek Price: On Request INR (GST Extra)
