Does an enquiry confirm my place?
No. An enquiry requests availability. Before you pay, confirm the departure, final price, inclusions, reporting instructions and cancellation terms with Trekking Cougars.
How do I choose the right experience?
Check the difficulty, duration, minimum age, terrain and fitness requirements in the listing. Ask about anything unclear before making travel arrangements.
What happens if weather changes the plan?
Outdoor itineraries can change for weather and safety. Ask for the organiser’s cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms for your specific departure before payment.
Can I join a past event?
Past departures are retained for reference and cannot receive new booking enquiries. Contact the team about future dates instead.
