  3. Booking Amount: The booking amount is non-refundable if canceled 10 days prior to the trip.
  4. Responsibility: Once you arrive at the event location, all responsibilities lie with the event organizer who has listed their event with us.
  5. Service Issues: Any service-related problems will be handled by the event organizer, as Trekking Cougars serves only as a platform for these events.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Cancellations by Ecotour Cell:

If tickets are cancelled by the Ecotour Cell due to unforeseen events unsuitable for visitors’ stay, the full amount will be refunded to the visitor.

Online Cancellation Process:

  • Cancellations of bookings done online can only be processed through the portal by the visitors themselves.
  • The Ecotourism Cell or the destinations cannot process cancellations via email or telephone requests.
  • Visitors intending to cancel their tickets must ensure the booking is cancelled and a confirmation email is received at the registered email ID.

Agent and Cash Counter Bookings:

  • Tickets booked by agents can only be cancelled through the concerned booking agents.
  • Bookings made at cash counters can only be cancelled at the respective cash counter where the booking was made.
