  3. Booking Amount: The booking amount is non-refundable if canceled 10 days prior to the trip.
  4. Responsibility: Once you arrive at the event location, all responsibilities lie with the event organizer who has listed their event with us.
  5. Service Issues: Any service-related problems will be handled by the event organizer, as Trekking Cougars serves only as a platform for these events.

The Char Dham Yatra in June 2025 begins with a journey from Haridwar to Barkot, followed by visits to Yamunotri, Uttarkashi, and Gangotri. The journey then proceeds to Rudraprayag and Kedarnath, where pilgrims have the option to trek or take a helicopter to reach the sacred site. After visiting Kedarnath, the journey continues to Badrinath, where pilgrims visit the temple and explore nearby attractions. Finally, on the last day, pilgrims return to Haridwar, completing the spiritual journey. This Yatra covers significant Hindu pilgrimage sites in Uttarakhand, India, offering a blend of spirituality and natural beauty. The journey is filled with picturesque views and religious significance, making it a memorable experience.

Itinerary

  • Day 1: Haridwar to Barkot
  • DAy 2: Barkot to  Yamunotri
  • Day 3: Yamunotri to Uttarkashi
  • Day 4: Uttarkashi to Gangotri to Uttarkashi
  • Day 5: Uttarkashi to  Rudraprayag
  • Day 6: Rudraprayag to Gaurikund (Kedarnath Base)
  • DAY 7: Kedarnath Darshan and back to Gaurikund
  • Day 8: Rudraprayag to Badrinath
  • Day 9: Badrinath Darshan Drop to  Haridwar

  • Check-In & Check-Out Time as per Hotel Policies
  • Meals timings must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. For any unavailed meals, we shall not be responsible.
  • We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.
  • In the mountains, the facilities of hotels, services, aids, etc. cannot be matched to developed destinations. Hotels in Himachal are categorized based on location,
  • Services and costs are not as per Star Categorization, i.e., 1*, 2*, 3*, and so on.
  • We may have to reschedule the sightseeing days due to the closing of any monument on that particular day to ensure the smooth execution of tours.
  • Extra costs would be applicable for any unforeseen event.
