  3. Booking Amount: The booking amount is non-refundable if canceled 10 days prior to the trip.
  4. Responsibility: Once you arrive at the event location, all responsibilities lie with the event organizer who has listed their event with us.
  5. Service Issues: Any service-related problems will be handled by the event organizer, as Trekking Cougars serves only as a platform for these events.

  • Day 1: Siliguri to Phuentsholing154kms (3-4hrs)
  • Day 2: Phuentsholing to Paro 160kms (4-5hrs)
  • Day 3:Paro to Thimphu (after local sightseeing in Paro)50kms (1.5-2hrs)
  • Day 4: Thimphu to Phobjikha to Punakha 210kms (5-6hrs)
  • Day 5: Punakha to Thimphu & Local sightseeing 75kms (2-3hrs)
  • Day 6:Thimphu to Phuentsholling to Siliguri 75kms (2-3hrs)

Own Bike 27,999 per person (without Fuel)
Dual Rider 47,999 per person (with Fuel)

Inclusions

  • Accommodation – Day 1 to Day 6 –Double / Triple Sharing
  • Meals- Dinner from Day 1 to breakfast on Day 6, lunch not
    included. Royal Himalayan 410cc with Helmet for rented
  • bike package from Day 2 to Day 6. Day 1 and Day 6 from
    Phuentsholling transport in SUV/Tempo. Fuel Expenses
    (not for own bikes) Back-Up vehicle with Mechanic and
    Spare Parts. Service of experienced road captain. General
  • first aid. A local experienced guide from Bhutan

  Trip Exclusions

  • GST @ 5.0%
  • Lunch
  • Visa Fees (Rs 1200 per person per day in Bhutan) or any
    other monument fees
  • Transfers to /from airport/railway stations/bus stop
  • Any type of fare Any other not mentioned in the inclusions
  • Cost escalation due to change in itinerary Natural reason of
    unforeseen conditions like Landslides, Road Blockage, Bad
    Weather, Social or Political Unrest, Strikes, sudden shut
    down of any govt office etc
  • Any type of insurance- Medical, Accidental, theft

Cancellation policy

From the scheduled departure of the trip:

  • Before 45 days: 25% of tour cost
  • 45 – 30 days: 50 % of tour cost
  • 30 – 20 days: 75% of tour cost
  • Within 20 days: 100% of tour cost.
  • No exception to this policy can be made for any reason
