Full refund of the advance payment is available if the booking is cancelled at least 15 days before the arrival date; 10% will be deducted as Cancellation Charges if the booking is cancelled on or before 10 days; 50% of the advance payment will be refunded if the booking is cancelled within 5 days before the arrival date.
No refund of the advance payment will be provided if the booking is cancelled less than 5 days from the arrival date."
