Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 3 days (72 hours) or more before your arrival date: You will receive a full refund of your booking amount. Cancellations made less than 3 days (72 hours) but before 1 day (24 hours) of your arrival date: You will receive a 50% refund of your booking amount. Cancellations made within 1 day (24 hours) of your arrival date, or in case of a "no-show": Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued. We aim to process refunds within 48 hours of your cancellation. Refunds will go back to the payment method you used when booking.
