Overview

Embark on the Dev Roopa Trek, an extraordinary journey through one of the most secluded regions of the majestic Himalayan Mountains. This 7-day, 6-night adventure takes you deep into the enchanting interiors of Chandrakhani Pass, where you can experience the rich Himalayan flora and fauna, expansive highland meadows, and the breathtaking fields of Dev Roopa.

On the first day, you will arrive at the campsite in Rumsu, meet your fellow trekkers, and receive essential instructions from your team leader regarding the trekking routes. The second day involves traveling to Malana Dam to kick off your trek toward Behali, while the third day leads you to Mota Grahan, showcasing dense forests of conifers and vibrant landscapes.

On the fourth day, you will trek to Bondi, and the highlight of your trip comes on the fifth day as you make your way to Dev Roopa, navigating steep ascents alongside a sacred stream. After soaking in the surreal beauty of this vast meadow, you’ll camp overnight before descending back to Bondi on the sixth day and trekking toward Watching.

Finally, on the seventh day, you’ll return to Malana Dam for your journey back home. This trek is moderately challenging but offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in nature’s tranquility while exploring one of India’s hidden gems in Himachal Pradesh. Ideal for adventure seekers looking for an offbeat experience, the best time to embark on this trek is between June and October, when the weather is most favorable.
